The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster is providing vital services to the humanitarian community as the crisis continues The shifting sands of the Sahara, the legendary isolation and riches of Timbuktu, the haunting music of its tribespeople: Mali has long had a tranquil, semi-mystical reputation.

The ETC in Mali is providing free voice and data connectivity to humanitarian organizations.
