Within 48 hours of a disaster, the ETC provides basic security communications services and shared voice and internet connectivity to humanitarian actors in the field.

FITTEST is a team of IT, telecommunications and electrical specialists from the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) that assist the humanitarian community in establishing and maintaining IT infrastructure systems.

In the event of a crisis, FITTEST on the ground within 48 hours, establishing the IT and communications infrastructure that is vital in allowing the humanitarian community to coordinate its response and ultimately save lives.

FITTEST Training Services designs, delivers and evaluates IT, telecommunications and electrical training courses and exercises for the humanitarian community.

Spanning radio and data communications, project management and field skills, training courses are designed to increase the IT and telecommunications capabilities of the humanitarian community.
